Should we build your
website or app — and how?
We don’t sell calls and there is nothing to book. We take on a small number of engagements a year, by invitation. Leave your email and we’ll consider it — or come in through a client who already works with us.
Data-driven business specialists
Marketing, data collection, and prediction-driven solutions — turning your data into results.
A decision, not a pitch
When we do talk, the conversation's job is to validate whether we're the right fit — honestly.
Deliberately few
A short list, taken by invitation, so the work we accept gets the attention it needs.
Research & data
surveillance systems.
Beyond individual builds, our core work is research into data surveillance systems — the infrastructure marketing and data-driven businesses rely on to observe, model, and act on their markets. In practice that means prediction algorithms and news-intelligence pipelines, engineered end to end.
Data surveillance systems
Collection, monitoring, and signal pipelines that turn raw activity into structured, queryable intelligence.
Prediction algorithms
Forecasting and modelling built for marketing and data businesses — from audience behaviour to demand and risk.
News & market intelligence
Real-time news ingestion and analysis that distils streams of events into decisions.
Applied research
An R&D-first practice: we prototype, measure, and harden systems before they ship.

Five steps from question to clarity.

You leave an email
One field on this page. No calendar, no checkout, no obligation on either side.
- II
We review the list weekly
Every request is read once a week, together. Most weeks we invite no one — that's the point of a short list.
- III
We research you
Before any invitation goes out, we run a background review of the prospective client. If the outcome poses a reputational risk, no invitation follows.
- IV
An invitation, or silence
If it's a fit, we write to you directly and agree a time to talk. If it isn't, we don't waste your time with a pitch.
- V
We talk — 20 minutes
We examine the problem, surface constraints, sketch the shape of a solution, and send a written go / no-go within 24 hours.
No booking.
Invitation only.
There is no calendar on this site and no checkout. You cannot buy your way onto the list, and a paid slot was never a good filter for whether the work is a fit.
What we do instead is simple. Leave your email and it joins a list we read once a week. If your problem is one we can genuinely solve, an invitation follows — otherwise you hear nothing, and you have lost nothing.

Two ways in.
We don’t publish a contact address and we don’t take bookings. Access is deliberate: you either ask for an invitation and wait, or you arrive through an introduction from a client we already work with.
Ask for an invitation. Leave your email. Once a week we read everything that came in and decide who to write to. Silence is a real outcome — we’d rather say nothing than sell you something.
Referred by a client? Enter their referral code and our private contact details unlock on this page, immediately — no waiting.
Before any invitation is issued — and before any work with a customer begins — we conduct background research on the client. Where the outcome presents a reputational risk, we reserve the right to decline access without explanation.

Before you ask.
Can I just book a call?
No. There is no calendar and no checkout on this site. We work by invitation only — you leave an email, we review the list weekly, and we reach out if it's a fit.
Why invitation only?
We take on a small number of engagements a year. A short list, read deliberately, is a better filter than a booking form — it keeps our attention on the work we've already accepted.
What happens after I leave my email?
It goes onto a private list that we read once a week. If your problem is one we can genuinely solve, we write to you directly. If you don't hear back, it wasn't a fit — we'd rather stay quiet than sell you something.
Does signing up cost anything or commit me to anything?
Neither. Nothing is charged, nothing is booked, and you're free to walk away at any point. Your details are only used to consider you for an invitation.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Marketing sites, product UIs, internal tools, light full-stack, plus our research work in data surveillance and prediction. React and TanStack are home turf. We'll say no to things outside our circle.
How do I actually get your contact details?
Two ways only — we don't publish an address. Either you're invited after we review the list, or you enter a referral code from a client we already work with, which unlocks our private line on the spot.
What is a referral code and how do I get one?
It's a code we hand to clients we're actively engaged with. If someone we work with introduces you, they can pass theirs on. Entering a valid code from an active client unlocks our private line immediately — no waiting on the weekly review.
Do you screen clients before working together?
Yes. Before any invitation is issued or work begins, we run background research on the client. If the outcome presents a reputational risk, we decline access — without explanation.
How long until I hear back?
The list is reviewed once a week. Most weeks we invite no one, so treat silence as the likely outcome rather than a delay.
